Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Community Association Management. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of customer service experience in an office environment, with a property management or HOA background being a plus.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide prompt and courteous responses to resident inquiries via phone, chat, email, and other channels.
- Research and resolve customer issues, including account statements, work orders, payment plans, late fees, and violations.
- Document all homeowner interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Assist homeowners with technical inquiries, such as password resets, document retrieval, and website navigation.
- Guide residents on payment options, including mail, online, and in-person payments.
- Collaborate with closing attorneys on internal closing processes.
- Open support tickets for follow-up and additional information as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with active listening abilities.
- Ability to manage and de-escalate challenging phone calls.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in multiple systems simultaneously and multitasking.

What We Offer

- Competitive salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Work Environment

- Work schedule: 8AM - 6PM, Monday through Friday.
