Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Counter Associate to join our team at Victory Lane Karting.
This role involves working closely with our management team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, manage front counter operations, and maintain facility cleanliness. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
The estimated salary for this position is $19-$23 per hour, depending on experience.
Main Responsibilities- Provide top-notch customer service to all guests, ensuring their experience is enjoyable and memorable.
- Oversee front counter operations, including cash handling, point-of-sale transactions, and inventory management.
- Maintain facility cleanliness, including laundry, cleaning supplies, and restocking essentials.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, management, and guests to ensure smooth transitions and efficient operations.
