Job Summary

The Staffing Coordinator is a key member of the healthcare team, responsible for ensuring adequate staffing levels in various departments. This role requires strong organizational and planning skills, as well as the ability to work under limited supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform staffing functions to maintain adequate staffing levels
  • Track and maintain credentials and departmental data
  • Work with department managers and supervisors to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Minimum one year of secretarial or staffing experience
  • Minimum five years of experience with computer software applications
