Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant General Manager to join our team at Bowlero Corporation. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our entertainment centers, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Develop and implement financial operational plans and budgets to achieve center financial goals, including driving food and beverage sales.
  • Operational Excellence: Partner with the General Manager to manage center operations, scheduling, planning, organizing, and communicating effectively with the team.
  • Team Development: Recruit, train, and support center management and staff, fostering high morale and providing developmental coaching to grow future leadership talent.
  • Performance Review: Manage multiple departments efficiently and conduct regular meetings with the management team to review performance and offer direction.
  • Guest Experience: Achieve and maintain overall guest service goals, ensuring customer complaints are resolved appropriately and guests are completely satisfied.
  • Food and Beverage Sales: Oversee the management and expansion of the center's Food and Beverage program, partnering with the General Manager to ensure high-quality standards and exceptional guest satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Basic business math, accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills
  • Strong team player with exceptional people development skills
  • Customer service pro with knowledge of POS register systems
  • Solid communication skills
Work Environment/Physical Demands

Typical entertainment center environment where you will walk, bend, and stand for periods of time, and may lift objects with some assistance.
