About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Sponsored Programs Administrator to join our team at Mount Sinai Health System. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and guidance in the preparation, submission, processing, and management of research grants and contract proposals, awards, and agreements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a liaison with faculty, departmental administrators, finance, and institutional compliance committees on all sponsored programs and research programs.
  • Review and provide Just-In-Time, supplemental, and amended information to extramural sponsors on applications.
  • May develop and maintain research activity database and website.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 5 years of progressive experience in grants and contracts management.
  • NCURA or SRA certification preferred.
Estimated Salary: $95,000 - $125,000 per year
