Administrative Finance Coordinator

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with OSRA to set up new accounts and verify budget information, tracking variances, and performing salary allocations. Additionally, they will work closely with the contracts office and accounts payable to set up and manage subcontracts and expense payments. They will also be responsible for facilitating reporting requirements, advising faculty on due dates, and liaising with Grants and Contracting Accounting to reconcile accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate with the Office of Sponsored Research Administration for account setup and verification of budget information
* Track variances and perform salary allocations
* Facilitate reporting requirements and advise faculty on due dates
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree
* Five years of experience with grants management
* Master's degree in business, public administration, or public health highly preferred
Salary: $97,300 - $114,700 per year. Location: Midtown.
