This critical role supports the Vice President (VP) Global Programs and global programs leadership team at the Child Mind Institute. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing exceptional administrative support and working effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

The Senior Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for managing the calendars of the VP of Global Programs and research leadership team members, as well as handling confidential and sensitive information. They will also coordinate site visits, program convenings, and other activities related to the program's implementation.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience supporting executive-level leadership, with a strong understanding of calendar management and organizational principles.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across different levels and departments within the organization.
