Our team works remotely worldwide, and we're currently recruiting for a staff member who can work USA west coast PST time zone hours. This role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while collaborating with a global team.
Job DescriptionThis is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Transformational Business Growth Strategist, where you'll play a vital role in helping business owners/operators break out of their default trendline and achieve their desired outcomes.
As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading sales calls with prospective clients, engaging in high-level communication and support through email, SMS, and social media, and challenging clients to see the bigger problems they're facing and show them the clear path forward to their goal.
Key Responsibilities- Lead sales calls with prospective clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and support
- Identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to overcome challenges and achieve desired outcomes
The ideal candidate will have a passion for transformational growth, unlimited freedom and flexibility in location, and a love for learning, teaching, and engaging people from all walks of life.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you'll need:
- At least 5 years of experience owning or leading a boutique fitness business
- 2+ years of sales experience in professional high-ticket services
- Effective communication and leadership skills, including the ability to lead challenging conversations
- Confident presentation skills and experience with technology (Keap, Zoom, SMS)
We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, plus unlimited earning potential through commission-based sales.
