PMP Corporation, a veteran-owned and privately held company based in the United States, has been a leader in remanufacturing, manufacturing, and sourcing aftermarket components for retail and commercial fueling operations and convenience stores for over 70 years.

Our product portfolio has expanded to include a wide range of solutions such as environmental monitoring products, printers, food service equipment, cash drawers, displays, probes, meters, valves, computers, and many other products. These products are distributed worldwide through a network of trusted distributors.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $150,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including:

  • A generous compensation package with individual performance bonuses and annual bonuses based on company profitability

  • Three weeks of paid time off to start

This is a critical role that will have significant influence in the direction and success of the firm.

The Sales Growth Strategist will be responsible for driving profitable growth for the company by communicating with and directing independent sales representatives to promote PMP Corporation's products.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Representing the company at approximately 10 tradeshows per year to assess market trends and identify new business opportunities
  • Maintaining strong relationships with major customers to increase their product knowledge and strengthen PMP's relationship with them
  • Identifying and evaluating potential new sales agencies and representatives, and coordinating the onboarding and training of new independent representatives
  • Developing and executing plans to acquire new customers and expand sales with current customers

About You:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required. An engineering or technical degree, or relevant technical experience, is preferred.
  • Experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) sales, including sales management, with a proven track record of growing sales teams is a must.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders and manage customer relationships effectively
  • Familiarity with basic marketing principles, including product promotion, brand positioning, and customer targeting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and able to learn and utilize CRM software or other sales-related tools
