Job Title: Application Administrator II/CRM System Leader

The University of Wisconsin-Parkside is seeking a highly skilled Application Administrator II/CRM System Leader to join our team. As a key member of our admissions team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, with a focus on the Admissions CRM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and direction of the CRM system, including oversight of the Admissions CRM.
  • Shape and lead the application of CRM governance, strategy, roadmap, and projects.
  • Assign, instruct, and evaluate the work of assigned staff, communicate with stakeholders regarding CRM projects, and manage vendor relationships.
  • Provide leadership to school admissions Slate captains in relation to project management, system needs assessments, system updates, and policies.
  • Manage queries used to create and coordinate the flow of communication with targeted student populations.
  • Responsible for the integration and maintenance of data exchanges between the Student Information System and the CRM, data mapping, and troubleshooting and resolution of data exchange errors.
  • Assist the Director of Admissions in developing and implementing plans and initiatives to recruit a diverse student population, administer the undergraduate admission policy, and review and determine student eligibility for Wisconsin residency for fee purposes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred.
  • Experience using innovative technology such as a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution is required.
  • Experience with integrated student information systems and the utilization of data for analysis and assessment purposes is required.
  • A working knowledge of database systems such as PeopleSoft, or some other type of database product utilized by institutions of higher learning is required.
