Job Overview

The Residence Inn Atlanta Midtown 17th Street is seeking a skilled Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional guest service and maintain the highest standards of hotel operations. This role requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and register guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Provide detailed information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest stays, including check-in and check-out times, room assignments, and special requests.
  • Handle phone calls, messages, and mail in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with room reservations, modifications, and cancellations as needed.
  • Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Requirements:
  • H.S. diploma or equivalent required; College coursework in hospitality or related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a hotel front desk or concierge role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Familiarity with hotel software systems and technology.
Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, short-term and long-term disability income, and 401(k) retirement plan.
