Front Desk Agent Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Agent Checks Customers in Using Lightspeed PMS
  • Ensure Exceptional Guest Services
  • Process payments, make change and handle transactions efficiently
  • Receive and transmit messages via telephones or PMS system
  • Respond to guest requests in a timely manner
  • Manage guest complaints and escalate to supervisor when necessary

Requirements:
Must have experience with Lightspeed PMS
Four Points or Aloft experience helpful

About The Hotel Task Force:
We pay lodging and meals for 100% travel assignments
4 to 12 weeks of national travel at a time
