Job Description:

EVEN Hotel Atlanta Cobb Galleria is seeking a skilled Front Desk Agent to join our team. This role requires exceptional customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Guest Service: Provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout.
  • Rate Management: Be aware of all rates, packages, and special promotions as listed in the Red Book.
  • Cash Handling: Follow all cash handling and credit policies.
  • Communication: Answer inquiries from guests regarding restaurants, transportation, entertainment, etc., and use proper two-way radio etiquette at all times when communicating with other employees.
  • Technical Skills: Fully comprehend and be able to operate all relevant aspects of the Front Desk computer system.
Qualifications:
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is helpful.
  • Experience: Experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
  • Skillset: Strong customer service skills, ability to multitask, and effective communication abilities are essential for success in this role.
  • Availability: Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
