Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a detail-oriented and innovative Senior Marketing Coordinator to support our Water Business Group. In this role, you will be responsible for:
  • Creating, designing, and producing marketing materials that effectively communicate our brand and showcase our team's expertise.
  • Researching, coordinating, and developing proposals, graphics, presentations, and other marketing collateral.
  • Writing non-technical content, including boilerplate materials and reports to support various projects.
  • Reviewing, editing, and proofreading all marketing and proposal materials.
  • Maintaining and updating our database with pursuit and contract information, proposals, resumes, and project descriptions.
  • Collaborating with internal project managers, marketing teams, technical staff, and subconsultants to develop effective pursuit materials.
  • Exhibiting strong organizational skills and a keen understanding of marketing processes.
  • Handling production tasks, including compiling, binding, and preparing documents for client submissions.
  • Coordinating participation in trade shows, conferences, client events, and public involvement activities.
  • Creating content for internet and social media platforms to enhance marketing efforts.
  • Performing other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in journalism, business, marketing, English, graphic design, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A collaborative mindset, working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • A commitment to quality and alignment with HDR values.
  • Ability to work independently in specialized areas.
  • Proficient technical skills, with advanced knowledge of communication theory and design principles.
  • Expertise in InDesign and the MS Office suite.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
