ADHD Specialist

Job Summary:

The ADHD Specialist is a key member of our sales team at Ironshore Pharmaceuticals Inc, responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the market. This role requires a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies and plans.
• Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and dynamics to identify opportunities for growth and develop targeted sales plans.
• Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and other key stakeholders.
• Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, including their features, benefits, and competitive landscape.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations.
• Communication: Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including sales teams, marketing teams, and customers.

Requirements:

• Education: 4-year bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
• Experience: 3 years of pharmaceutical sales or equivalent life sciences sales experience.
• Skills: Strong account-based selling skills, ability to analyze market trends, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
