Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Manager to join our team at Dorf Ketal Chemicals. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue within your assigned region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Set sales targets and objectives for the region and ensure they are met or exceeded.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales professionals.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to sales team members.
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction.
  • Support and assist in implementing and maintaining certified management systems ascribed to DK such as ISO 9001.
  • Identify training needs of personnel. Promote awareness of risks and opportunities associated with their work. Maintain an understanding of the Quality policy and how they personally contribute to meeting DK objectives and goals.
  • Support and assist in implementing and maintaining the RCMS program. Identify training needs of personnel. Promote awareness of the RCMS guiding principles and Dorf Ketal's HSSE policy, objectives and goals in addition to how they can contribute to them.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Address client needs and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate and close high-value sales deals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and projects.
  • Participate in industry events and networking activities to expand the company's presence.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and key metrics.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Chemistry, or Engineering, MBA Preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in the oil industry with at least 3 years of sales management experience
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel within the region as required
