Job Summary

Evara Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team in Clearwater. As a key member of our healthcare organization, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Quality Patient Care: Handle incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring that patients receive accurate and timely information.
  • Record and Document Patient Information: Accurately record call details in our electronic health record system, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to regulatory guidelines.
  • Collaborate with Colleagues: Work collaboratively with new and existing team members, building strong relationships and contributing to a positive work environment.
  • Meet Performance Standards: Demonstrate the consistent application of quality customer service skills, effectively responding to general information requests and/or inquiries.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent, with one or more years of experience in a call center or front office healthcare setting.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Outstanding customer service skills, ability to navigate and enter data into an electronic health record, proficiency in basic computer skills, mathematical proficiency, strong oral and written communication skills, and ability to work at a rapid pace.
