Role Overview:
As an integral member of our School Operations Teams, the Administrative Coordinator ensures that students, families, and staff have access to the necessary information and resources for success. This position encompasses three key roles: Communications Coordinator, Data & Systems Coordinator, and Finance Coordinator. Each role is essential in maintaining the smooth operation of the school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communications Coordinator:
Act as the primary liaison for all school stakeholders, managing inquiries in person, via phone, and through email. Responsibilities include overseeing student enrollment processes, maintaining accurate attendance records, and organizing logistics for school events. - Data & Systems Coordinator:
Handle financial transactions and accounting duties, manage procurement and supply chains for educational materials, and ensure the integrity of student information systems. This role also involves supporting event logistics. - Finance Coordinator:
Manage financial operations for our K-8 campuses and high schools, including bill payments and supply management, while also coordinating event logistics.
Qualifications:

- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational abilities to maintain critical systems such as attendance and documentation.
- Capability to maintain professionalism under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in educational administration or related fields.
- Bilingual skills are preferred but not mandatory.
- A Bachelor’s degree is required.
Additional Information:
