Job Summary

MGC Contractors is seeking a skilled Project Development Specialist to join our Arizona Division.

Main Responsibilities
  • Contract and Subcontract Management
  • Construction Scheduling and Coordination
  • Procurement and Expenditure Management
  • System Integration and Coordination
  • Cost Management and Reporting
  • Subcontractor Payment and Invoicing
  • Project Meetings and Collaboration
  • Subcontractor Field Supervision and Coordination
  • Change Proposal Review and Negotiation
  • Construction Method and Equipment Research
  • Client and Vendor Relationship Management
Work Environment and Demands
  • The role operates in a professional office environment with standard office equipment.
  • At construction sites, requires verbal and telephone communication, reading printed materials, signs, and directions.
  • Working outside for extended periods in all weather conditions.
  • Possible exposure to chemicals, gases, loud noises, and other elements.
Position Type and Expected Hours
  • This is a full-time position with occasional overtime.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
  • Prior construction field experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Effective Communication Skills both oral and written.
