YOUR ROLE:

We are in search of a driven leader in sales and client relationship management to enhance and maintain our existing partnerships, boost new sales, and strengthen connections with key stakeholders across the RIA landscape. In this client-facing position, you will work closely with the firm's Leadership Team and various departments (Sales/Marketing, Compliance, Trading & Investments, and Operations) to create and deliver an exceptional experience for both advisors and prospects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide strategic leadership and development for the Sales and Marketing Teams.
  • Design and execute a consultative sales strategy that aligns with our ideal client profile and accelerates growth.
  • Ensure that sales processes and deliverables are effectively implemented to support a scalable and consistent client experience.
  • Develop and execute a value-driven engagement strategy for our current advisors.
  • Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of the RIA, IBD, and IAR models, along with the industry's challenges and opportunities.
  • Demonstrate a proven ability to consult at the executive level, delivering strategic solutions that drive engagement and growth.
  • Manage and cultivate strategic partnerships and executive relationships within the industry.
  • Represent the firm at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility and establish the firm's positioning with target audiences.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related discipline.
  • Over 10 years of experience in sales and/or relationship management within the RIA/Wealth Management sector, showcasing a strong track record of success.
  • 3-5 years of leadership experience in the RIA/Wealth Management industry with demonstrated achievements.
  • In-depth understanding of the RIA, IBD, and IAR models, along with key industry challenges and opportunities.
  • Strong executive presence, professionalism, and business acumen.
  • A consultative sales approach with a hands-on, action-oriented leadership style.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across various teams and with external partners.
  • Familiarity with the TAMP/platform business model, including competitors, trends, and key differentiators.
  • Client-focused mindset with a commitment to enhancing the client and prospect experience.
