Key Responsibilities

Core Functions:
  • Strategic Development: Formulates and executes strategies to meet customer demands through a comprehensive range of mortgage products and services.
  • Operational Coordination: Employs sound judgment to maintain a seamless business operation.
  • Effective Communication: Engages in clear verbal and written communication with colleagues and clients, serving as a bridge between customers and internal departments to ensure smooth business processes.
  • Office Equipment Usage: Proficiently utilizes office tools such as computers, copiers, and fax machines.
  • Physical Requirements: Capable of sitting and standing for extended periods. Normal hearing and vision capabilities are essential. A significant portion of work hours will be spent outside of a fixed office environment, engaging with clients and potential clients seeking residential mortgage solutions.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Validates, compiles, and enters application details for mortgage loans.
  • Advises clients on their home loan alternatives.
  • Reviews residential loan applications to ensure completeness and compliance with established standards, including borrower assets, liabilities, and employment duration.
  • Alerts supervisors to any discrepancies in title or survey.
  • Performs other related tasks as assigned.
  • Maintains a current and valid NMLS license or appointment in good standing.
Qualifications
  • Possession of applicable state licensing is required.
  • Preferred experience ranges from two to five years.
  • Must fulfill one of the following criteria:
    1. Currently funding more than two loans per month, or
    2. Completion of Xinnix Training for Loan Origination, or
    3. Assignment of an origination mentor by the branch who funds more than two loans per month (refer to PRMG Loan Officer Mentor Agreement).
Skills Required:
  • Ability to make informed decisions regarding service, credit evaluations, funding, and post-closing matters.
  • Proficient in problem-solving and exercising independent judgment while demonstrating a high level of initiative.
  • Capable of managing detailed tasks while ensuring confidentiality.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities to prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities effectively.
Travel Requirements:
  • Travel may be necessary.
Compensation:

Min: USD $1.00/Yr.

Max: USD $250,000.00/Yr.
