We are Now Hiring an Inventory Control Supervisor

Transdev is proud to offer:
  • $35,000-45,000 / year based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure invoices reflect accurate pricing and are correctly coded for payment processing.
  • Verify that all invoices are processed for month-end reporting.
  • Monitor and enforce warranties for parts and services.
  • Identify trends and ensure adequate supply of parts and consumables for special projects, campaigns, and seasonal events.
  • Meet the needs of the staff in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with vendors to secure the best pricing and negotiate purchasing contracts for equipment, parts, services, and supplies.
  • Act as the buyer for goods and services required by the centralized Maintenance Department to ensure timely work order completion (create purchase requisitions, expedite orders as necessary, and follow up on order fulfillment).
  • Identify, procure, and maintain appropriate inventory levels to prevent project and maintenance downtime.
  • Support and guide field operations managers with purchasing needs and requests.
  • Conduct annual physical inventory counts and monthly cycle counts.
  • Work with accounting to reconcile physical inventory with system counts.
  • Maintain an up-to-date and accurate purchasing database.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer literate.
