These individuals will oversee product movement and utilize merchandising and customer service expertise to create an engaging in-store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

LEADERSHIP & TEAM DEVELOPMENT

  • Assist the Store Manager in attracting, hiring, and retaining exceptional talent.
  • Support the Store Manager in establishing and sustaining a succession plan.
  • Promote a culture of open communication and collaboration to ensure a harmonious balance between operational, visual, and customer priorities.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, set objectives, and maintain regular check-ins with team members.

CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT

  • Foster an atmosphere of authentic customer interaction.
  • Exemplify outstanding service and represent the brand in alignment with company values.
  • Encourage a dynamic pace, positive service environment, and team growth.
  • Comprehend an OMNI Channel business model - implement procedures and leverage tools to enhance customer service.

VISUAL MERCHANDISING & OPERATIONS

  • Facilitate the dissemination of product knowledge among team members.
  • Maintain stock-to-sales ratios, presentation standards, and manage product displays.
  • Ensure an effective store layout, floor plan, and proper fixture utilization.
  • Adhere to and promote compliance with inventory management and restocking standards.
  • Develop awareness and adherence to internal and external loss prevention protocols.

COMMUNICATION & RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

  • Establish clear goals and expectations to drive a consistent store experience and uphold operational and visual excellence.
  • Encourage adaptability and positively influence change, enabling the team to successfully execute a unified vision.

Qualifications:

Full-Time Retail Operations Supervisors: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Retail Management (Store Manager experience preferred).

Part-Time Retail Operations Supervisors: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Retail Management.

Exceptional leadership, sales, and customer service abilities.

Strong merchandising skills with a proven track record of achieving financial objectives.

Demonstrated success in hiring and nurturing exceptional talent.

Experience in coaching, counseling, and conflict resolution.

Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented work ethic.

Integrity, honesty, and transparency are essential.

Requirements:

High School Diploma required (College Degree preferred).

Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, and perform physical tasks such as reaching overhead, bending, squatting, and kneeling while organizing and stocking inventory.

Capacity to deliver outstanding customer service while implementing loss prevention strategies.

Able to lift up to 30lbs regularly and perform store maintenance duties.

Reliable transportation is necessary.

Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
