We are currently seeking a Commercial Roofing Project Supervisor to manage both new construction and re-roofing initiatives from inception to completion.
To qualify for this role, a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial roofing is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the project manager and safety team to ensure safe and high-quality roofing installations.
- Interpret plans and specifications for new and re-roofing projects.
- Organize workforce to establish suitable crew sizes for each assignment.
- Oversee daily management of assigned projects on-site.
- Prioritize project timelines across multiple assignments.
- Coordinate material deliveries for all ongoing projects.
- Verify the inventory of materials received at the job site.
- Engage in all pre-construction meetings.
- Maintain continuous communication with clients regarding scheduling.
- Facilitate final inspections with clients and manufacturers.
- Complete project closeout documentation.
- Ensure comprehensive quality control throughout all projects.
- Assist with estimating tasks as required.
- Travel as necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Extensive field experience in commercial roofing construction.
- Knowledge of various commercial roofing systems and manufacturers.
- Ability to read and comprehend specifications and blueprints.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Willingness to learn and utilize company-specific software.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are mandatory.
