Guest Service Coordinator

We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Omni San Diego Hotel. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional guest service, manage front desk operations, and collaborate with colleagues to deliver seamless communication and efficient service delivery.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have prior guest service experience, excellent communication and computer skills, and the ability to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Additionally, the successful candidate will be able to prepare daily reports, audit financial transactions, and balance daily postings and revenue.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily reports and distribute as directed.
- Audit financial transactions and balance daily postings and revenue.
- Ensure accurate preparation of VIP, complimentary, house use rooms, and out of order lists.
- Conduct backup procedures for Epitome and drop tape nightly.
- Handle express checkouts and complete third-shift night audit checklist.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and departments through Wrap-Up emails.
- Protect confidential guest information and maintain a professional business appearance.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of $24.45/hour, plus excellent benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
