Job Summary

We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Omni San Diego Hotel. This role involves providing a welcoming arrival and departure experience to each guest, as well as serving as an ambassador throughout their stay. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing daily reports, balancing revenue, and ensuring adequate communication between departments.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Preparing daily reports and distributing them as directed
  2. Balancing revenue and resolving inaccuracies
  3. Ensuring adequate communication between departments through Wrap-Up emails
  4. Understanding and adhering to front office standards and SOPs
