Hotel Guest Services Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused Hotel Guest Services Coordinator to join our team at Remington.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate guest services, including checking in and out, handling requests, and resolving issues
- Supervise front office staff, including interviewing, hiring, and training new employees
- Operate the MICROS system and manage front office operations
- Communicate with other departments, such as housekeeping and engineering, to ensure smooth guest experiences
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
