Guest Experience Coordinator

About the Role:
- Greet and register guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Process check-ins and check-outs while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide exceptional guest service and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about hotel services and amenities.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Maintain accurate records of guest transactions, including room assignments, payments, and folios.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role or in customer-facing service industry.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure.
