About the Role:

  • Greet and register guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Process check-ins and check-outs while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide exceptional guest service and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about hotel services and amenities.
  2. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  3. Maintain accurate records of guest transactions, including room assignments, payments, and folios.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a similar role or in customer-facing service industry.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure.
