We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee our electrical initiatives, particularly in the realm of data centers and mission-critical infrastructure. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery from conception through to completion.

Primary Duties:

  • Engage with clients, engineers, and relevant stakeholders to establish project objectives and deliverables.
  • Create detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting to keep all parties informed.
  • Assess project costs and track financial performance.
  • Oversee procurement and supply chain management activities.
  • Implement quality assurance and control protocols.
  • Uphold and promote safety regulations on-site.
  • Facilitate effective communication among all project participants.
  • Provide expert guidance and support regarding electrical systems.
  • Lead and direct project teams to meet established goals.
  • Monitor project timelines and proactively address any challenges.
  • Manage project modifications and scope changes with efficiency.
  • Conduct project evaluations and compile final reports.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the electrical sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related discipline.
  • In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, industry standards, and regulations.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with project management software tools.
  • Project management certification is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A dedication to safety and quality assurance.
