Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting derates and upgrading main electrical panels.
  • Identifying and resolving electrical problems associated with solar installations and equipment to maintain peak performance and safety.
  • Supervising segments of the construction workforce.
  • Troubleshooting issues with electrical devices and solar systems.
  • Upholding and enforcing quality standards and safety regulations in all electrical tasks, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and fostering a secure work environment.
  • Performing comprehensive assessments of residential and commercial sites to determine electrical requirements and strategize necessary enhancements or alterations.
  • Assisting with various electrical assignments as needed, contributing to the overall success of projects.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Possess a clean driving history.
  • Have reliable transportation for commuting.
  • Capable of lifting weights up to 50 pounds.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Able to respond promptly to auditory signals.
  • Competent in navigating uneven surfaces or confined areas safely.
  • Skilled in recognizing and reacting to hazardous situations.
  • Proficient in climbing ladders while carrying loads of 50 pounds.
  • Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
  • Ability to wear personal protective equipment correctly throughout the workday.
  • Spanish language proficiency is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, including panel upgrades, grounding, bonding, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Must consent to random drug testing.
