Key Responsibilities
  • Main Panel Upgrades: Assist in the upgrade and maintenance of main panels to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Grounding and Bonding: Aid in the installation and verification of grounding and bonding systems to ensure electrical safety.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot electrical equipment and solar projects to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Quality and Safety: Adhere to all quality and safety codes, regulations, and industry standards to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Site Evaluations: Conduct site evaluations on homes to assess the feasibility of solar panel installations.
  • Additional Duties: Perform various duties as assigned by your supervisor, including but not limited to, assisting with project coordination and site management.
Requirements
  • Age and Eligibility: Be of legal age, over 18 years old.
  • Driving Record: Maintain a clean driving record.
  • Transportation: Possess reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Lifting Ability: Be able to lift 50 pounds.
  • Alertness: Have the ability to respond quickly to sounds and visual cues.
  • Mobility: Be able to move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces.
  • Visual Acuity: Have the ability to see and respond to dangerous situations.
  • Climbing Ability: Be able to safely climb ladders while carrying 50 pounds.
  • Weather Conditions: Be able to work in extreme weather conditions.
  • Personal Protective Gear: Be able to wear personal protective gear correctly for most of the day.
  • Drug Screenings: Be open to random drug screenings.
  • Language: Spanish speaking is a plus but not required.
