Alff Construction is seeking a Territory Vendor Manager (TVM) to oversee vendor operations and foster both new and established vendor partnerships. In this role, you will be tasked with identifying appropriate vendors, negotiating terms, and ensuring that vendors meet their commitments. The position demands exceptional skills in relationship management, negotiation, oversight, and decision-making. If you possess a keen attention to detail and have a background in vendor or project oversight, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential vendors
  • Establish and maintain enduring relationships with vendors
  • Create proposals for new initiatives while adhering to budget constraints
  • Confirm the completion of vendor tasks and assess customer satisfaction
  • Authorize work orders for customer billing

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in vendor management or a related field
  • Preferred educational background in supply chain management or business administration
