About the Role

The Trust for America's Health is seeking an experienced Health Equity Manager to lead the development and implementation of technical assistance components of policy initiatives. This role will involve conducting policy research, writing reports, and engaging with stakeholders at the national, state, and local levels.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social determinants of health, public health, and advancing health equity through policy and programs. A bachelor's degree in public health, public policy, or a related field is required, along with 5-7 years of relevant policy experience.

We offer a competitive salary of $90,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, TFAH provides a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as retirement savings and paid time off.
