Job Summary

The Congressional Black Caucus Foundation Inc (CBCF) is looking for a Senior Director of the National Racial Equity Initiative for Social Justice to join our team in advancing racial equity and human rights. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of management experience and public policy work, with expertise in program management, grant writing, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities will include managing a team, developing and implementing programs, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration across departments.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
