About the Role

As a Clinical Nurse Manager with BAYADA Home Health Care, you will be responsible for supervising a team of field clinicians, facilitating new hire orientation and training, coordinating in-services, and ensuring seamless delivery of care to our adult and geriatric clients.

  • Lead by example, demonstrating strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills.
  • Serve as a resource and mentor to staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
  • Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the office.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as an RN, with at least 6 months in home health care.
  • Oasis experience required; acute, med/surg, and/or sub-acute experience preferred.
  • Supervisory experience is highly desirable.
