In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in guiding our newly-acquired clients through the onboarding journey, ensuring a smooth and effective transition to the Smartly platform.

Your key responsibilities will include collaborating closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to create customized onboarding strategies and solutions tailored to our high-priority clients.

As a Customer Success Onboarding Lead at Smartly, you will:

  • Become a product expert: Gain in-depth knowledge of Smartly's offerings, articulating the platform's features and implementing solutions that meet the needs of new and prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with teams: Work alongside Sales and Customer Success teams to deliver bespoke solutions within the Smartly ecosystem, empowering our Tier 1-3 clients to meet their business goals.
  • Oversee technical onboarding: Take charge of the technical aspects of the onboarding plan, ensuring customer accounts are configured for a successful and enduring partnership with Smartly.
  • Facilitate campaign setup: Prepare campaign drafts for new clients to help them navigate our tools, ensuring an efficient and straightforward campaign initiation process.
  • Establish reporting frameworks: Set up reporting views that provide clients with transparent insights into their campaign performance and essential metrics.
  • Optimize workflows: Utilize data feeds to create automations that enhance customer workflows, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Customize onboarding experiences: Personalize the onboarding journey for each client, addressing their unique challenges and identifying solutions within the Smartly platform to promote product adoption.
  • Manage the onboarding process: Take charge of organizing and overseeing the onboarding process, alleviating the workload of Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and collaborating with cross-functional teams as necessary.
  • Ensure sales commitments: Partner with relevant teams to assess each case and guarantee that all sales promises are fulfilled, fostering a culture where a deal is not deemed complete until the client is fully onboarded.
  • Create impactful presentations: Develop visually engaging and effective presentations using Google Slides to convey onboarding strategies, training sessions, and account plans to clients.

We are eager to meet candidates who possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical experience.
  • Five years of experience in a digital environment, preferably within a Social Media context.
  • A solid understanding of digital advertising platforms and tools.
  • Experience with Google Sheets, effectively utilizing its features and functions.
  • Proficiency in crafting visually appealing and impactful presentations using Google Slides.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • A detail-oriented and highly organized approach, complemented by strong project management capabilities.
  • A problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate complex scenarios.
  • Self-motivation and proactivity, with the capacity to work independently and prioritize tasks.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
