Role Overview
The Global Project Supervisor is instrumental in facilitating project and program management for the comprehensive Global People Modernization initiative. This role is essential for ensuring systematic and timely project execution and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Global PMO Lead to formulate program strategies, methodologies, workstreams, and overall timelines for critical initiatives.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify and communicate risks and issues, engaging relevant stakeholders to mitigate and resolve them effectively.
  • Governance Support: Assist in managing program governance and project status meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed of actions and decisions.
  • Dependency Oversight: Monitor interdependencies across workstreams and the program as a whole.
  • Methodology Enforcement: Aid in the implementation and reinforcement of project management methodologies, including change control, performance management, and adherence to PMO standards.
  • Workplan Coordination: Support the management of project workplans, tracking staffing, quality standards, deliverables, and dependencies.
  • Metrics Tracking: Monitor project metrics and prepare comprehensive reports.
  • Cross-Functional Engagement: Collaborate with key internal partners to streamline interactions and maintain visibility on critical dependencies.
  • Communication Development: Create program-related communication materials, including updates for leadership and onboarding materials.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 2-4 years in program and project management, particularly in large-scale, global transformation initiatives.
  • Project Management Expertise: Proven ability in developing and managing project management processes, including multi-team project plans and resource management.
  • Tool Proficiency: Extensive experience with project management tools across both waterfall and agile methodologies.
  • Collaborative Skills: Demonstrated capability to build alliances with various departments and organizations.
  • Relationship Management: Strong aptitude for developing cooperative relationships to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent professional communication skills, adept at engaging with senior management and executives.
  • Influence and Decision-Making: Effective in using influence to drive decision-making processes.
  • Certification: PMP Certification or equivalent experience is preferred but not mandatory.
