Business Development Representative

Are you an experienced sales professional seeking a dynamic career path? Welcome Wagon is looking for a driven individual to join our team as a Community Marketing Executive. This role offers the chance to work independently, generating new business opportunities and delivering exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in selling to small businesses or a related field. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills are essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. You should be able to function well in fast-paced environments and possess computer literacy and proficiency. Valid driver's license, motor vehicle insurance, and passing motor vehicle record (MVR) and background check are also required.
We offer an uncapped commission structure, providing 100% unlimited commission-only income. DOUBLE commissions are earned within the first 90 days, and bonuses, sales incentives & other prizes are available. A protected territory ensures exclusivity in your geographic area. Paid product/sales orientation and support from team leaders and management provide valuable assistance in your role. Work independently from the comfort of your own home and out on the field.
