Job Title: Business Development Executive

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year.

Kapson LLC is seeking a talented Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic partnerships and client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Identify new business opportunities and pursue them aggressively
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals
  • Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Candidate must be self-motivated and able to work independently
