Business Development Executive, Enterprise Sales

Job OverviewThis is a results-driven role that requires a high degree of persistence and outstanding sales skills. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding monthly sales quota objectives by successfully acquiring accounts within an assigned geographic territory.
- Generate leads and referrals through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
- Analyze customer needs and apply solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services.
- Negotiate and close deals by tailoring customer recommendations and devising creative and effective sales approaches.
- Partner proactively with Retail Stores in assigned territory to drive Business Sales results through education on Business Sales products and services and closing on Business Sales leads.
- Fully utilize all sales force automation, funnel management, and prospecting tools to manage sales funnel and generate reporting on sales activities and forecasting.
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
- 4-7 years Outside sales experience with demonstrated history of sales achievements in a commissioned environment
