Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing them with personalized service and support.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Collaborate with the agent to develop and implement effective marketing plans.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with agency policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain).
  • Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).

Compensation and Benefits
