About the Role

The Solutions Engineer partners with Business Sales to sell T-Mobile for Business products and services by leveraging technical skills, experience, and industry knowledge. This collaboration enables SEs to engage in pre-sales activities, consulting on customer opportunities to understand business challenges and develop solutions that meet their needs.

SEs design and architect solutions using T-Mobile or partner business solutions, equipment, and network. They provide technical support in sales presentations, product demonstrations, and answer customer technical inquiries.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Business Sales to sell T-Mobile for Business products and services
  • Engage in pre-sales activities, consulting on customer opportunities
  • Design and architect solutions using T-Mobile or partner business solutions, equipment, and network
  • Provide technical support in sales presentations, product demonstrations, and answer customer technical inquiries
Key Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • Bachelor's Degree in STEM area of study strongly preferred (Required)
  • 2-4 years of experience in telecommunications, IT administration, or network engineering roles with successful solution sales experience (Required)
  • Technical Leadership, Project Management, Communication, Sales Experience, and Applications Proficiency (Preferred)
Compensation: $84,400 - $152,200
