iPromo, a leading promotional product powerhouse, is seeking a skilled Account Executive to join our thriving Enterprise Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with assigned leads and accounts, growing our business through strategic sales opportunities, and providing exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting and strategic partnerships.
  • Research and recommend promotional products to meet client needs, creating compelling proposals and providing virtual and physical samples.
  • Utilize our company store platform and Salesforce to streamline workflows and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Ensure clear communication throughout the sales cycle, from initial contact to order fulfillment.
  • Participate in presentations, meetings, and industry trade shows to stay up-to-date on industry trends.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of promotional product sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • Proven ability to prospect and develop new business opportunities within existing leads and the broader market.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM/ERP systems, and strong typing skills.
  • Ability to navigate challenges with a positive attitude and provide exceptional client service.
