Job Summary

Comcast is seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as an Enterprise Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for selling Comcast Commercial Internet, Video, and Voice based services to mid-size and large businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Account Management: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various prospecting activities, including cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships.
  • Product Knowledge and Training: Stay up-to-date on the latest Comcast products and services, and provide training and support to customers and internal teams as needed.
  • Customer Service and Support: Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate and quality sales records and prepare sales and activity reports as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience: 5-7 years of sales experience in a commercial or enterprise setting
  • Skills: Sales, lead generation, cold calling, customer service, product knowledge, and training
