Job Title: Executive Culinary Director

Harwood Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced Executive Culinary Director to lead our culinary team and drive the success of our restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Procurement and Deliveries: Ensure timely and accurate ordering of food supplies, inspect deliveries, and maintain proper storage procedures.
  • Finance, Cost Control & Budgeting: Manage labor costs, minimize waste, and maintain controls to attain forecasted food and labor costs.
  • Sanitation and Equipment: Conduct regular walk-throughs, inspect kitchen areas, and ensure staff maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness.
  • Meetings & Communication: Prepare and analyze management reports, communicate effectively with staff and management, and identify competitors.
  • Attire, Language, and Behavior: Maintain a professional image, treat associates with respect, and adhere to Harwood Hospitality Group's standards of excellence.

Requirements:

  • Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Able to stand for prolonged periods of time.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
