Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of hot food items for cafeteria, physicians dining, catering, and room service operations.

  • Assist in menu development, inventory management, and purchasing of food and supplies.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure seamless food service operations.
Requirements
  • Some college or technical training in culinary arts preferred.
  • Culinary degree strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a high-volume fine dining restaurant, hotel, or country club.
  • Food Handlers Permit must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date.
