Hotel Front Desk Agent

We are seeking a highly skilled and service-oriented individual to join our guest services team as a hotel front desk agent. Your role will involve greeting guests, managing accounts, and addressing inquiries and complaints to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Strong communication skills and a dedication to prioritizing guest satisfaction are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Address customer concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out processes, assign rooms, and maintain accurate guest records
  • Handle bookkeeping tasks and ensure guest information is up to date and accurate
  • Respond to inquiries about room reservations, rates, amenities, and special requests both in-person and over the phone
  • Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are prepared for guests
Requirements:
  • Ability to manage phone calls and resolve issues calmly
  • Previous experience in the hotel industry is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and reservation systems
  • Strong organizational, customer service, and interpersonal skills
