Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Relationship Specialist to join our team at Financial Resources Group Investment Services LLC. As a key member of our program management team, you will play a critical role in supporting our Financial Consultants and ensuring the success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with scheduling appointments and preparing client paperwork and presentations
  • Support the new client onboarding process and ensure a seamless transition for our clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering phones, responding to messages, and resolving client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage client information, including identifying and establishing affiliates, and maintaining accuracy of client relationships in our financial data and reporting systems
  • Coordinate the submission of marketing materials to our compliance and regulatory review teams
  • Assist with planning and executing marketing events associated with our institution or program
  • Track key customer demographics to help our management team determine best practices and products for our locations
  • Generate reports for management and Financial Consultants based on program data, client data, and regional data, and utilize the data to inform our next steps and client outreach initiatives

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present to and communicate with management and other team members
  • Superior customer service skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize workload and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Self-directed and able to work within a team to expedite the completion of critical projects
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting and maintain a positive attitude under pressure
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and project management skills
  • Ability to negotiate with clients and partners while maintaining positive relationships
  • Excellent document interpretation and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software and systems quickly
  • Ability to pass a thorough background and credit check, as well as fingerprint approval process as required by FINRA, Financial Resources Group Investment Services, and LPL Financial
  • FINRA SIE and S7 exam certification (for Registered Relationship Specialist role)

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year in customer service, project management, or extensive multi-person support
  • Minimum of 3 years in customer service, project management, or extensive multi-person support (for Registered Relationship Specialist role)
