Key Responsibilities- Establish Customer Rapport: Build strong relationships with customers to sell the right products and services.
- Create Accurate Sales Proposals: Develop sales proposals that are accurate and complete, and can be easily transferred to the installation team.
- Provide Expert Advice: Offer expert advice to clients on the latest HVAC technology and trends, as well as guidance on system maintenance and repair.
- Meet Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to increase revenue.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
- Education: Associate's Degree and/or similar.
- Clean Background and Driving Record: A clean background and driving record are required.
- Industry Experience: Dispatch/Management/Home Service industry experience is preferred.
- Competitive Salary: Base salary with opportunity to earn $40,000-60,000 annually.
- Commission Bonuses: Earn commission bonuses for meeting sales targets.
