About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive, Sales and Partnership Development to join our team at Playfly Sports Properties, LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our partnerships with high school sports organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed annual revenue targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with high school sports organizations and local businesses
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to drive revenue growth and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and partners
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to inform sales strategies and tactics
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Three years of direct sales experience in the sports industry or equivalent field preferred
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other sales and marketing tools
